| Your trip begins at the Iguassu National Park where we drive through the lush, subtropical vegetation of the park en route to the falls. Stroll the trail descending the canyon that offers a panoramic view of the more than 240 falls. Take the glass elevator up the cliff face for an exquisite view from the upper deck. The Iguassu National Park along with its "sister" park in Argentina form the most significant remaining rainforest in the southern cone of South America, which along with the waterfalls have been declared a National Heritage Site by UNESCO. | Today you''ll discover one of Brazil''s most historic landmarks, the Christo Rendentor or "Christ the Redeemer" statue. Situated high atop the mountain of Corcovado, the Redeemer statue is a towering 2,329 feet above sea level, and was inaugurated in 1931. The tour begins in Cosme Velho''s neighborhood from which the cogwheel train ascends the Tijuca Forest, the largest urban forest in the world, to the summit. From the statue, enjoy panoramic views of Rio, including Sugar Loaf Mountain, Guanabara Bay, the beaches of the Southern Zone, and the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon. The tour continues to the São Conrado area, with a brief stop at Pepino Beach. Departs at 9:00 a.m. Please be in the lobby 15 minutes prior to departure. Tour ends at hotel. |

| We depart the hotel to visit the Christ Statue, recently elected as one of the seven modern wonders of the world, sitting atop Corcovado Hill. Following a scenic drive along the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, we arrive at the foot of the hill. From here we embark a small train, climbing the beautiful mountain. Upon arrival at the top, visitors experience a panoramic view of Rio de Janeiro and discover why it is known as the "Marvelous City" Tour also includes a drive along Rios famous beaches. |

| The Guanabara Bay is the 3rd biggest bay in the world in terms of water volume. It has 413 km2 of area and extends for 33 km and houses 84 different sized islands. An unforgettable boat tour with departure from the Marina da Gloria, we will see the Santos Dumont domestic airport, the giant’s pillars of the Rio-Niteroi bridge, the harbor, Lage and São João fort, Sugar Loaf, the ferryboat and Fiscal Island. |

| Following your pick-up in open-top jeeps at your hotel, guests will be taken to the stunning Tijuca Atlantic Forest, the largest urban forest in the world. We will make stops at the Chinese Lookout with magnificent views of Ipanema and Copacabana beaches, Guanabara Bay and Sugar Loaf. During the tour, guests can casually observe tropical animals like monkeys, sloths and exotic birds. On the way back to the hotel, we will stop at the Pepino Beach to watch the hang gliders fly through the air. |

| Begin with a panoramic tour of downtown Rio, passing the Sambodrome and the Metropolitan Cathedral. Enjoy charming views of the traditional Cinelandia Square with its historical buildings, the Municipal Theater, the National Library, and the National Museum of Fine Arts. Via the Aterro do Flamengo, continue to the neighborhood of Urca to reach Sugar Loaf Mountain. On arrival, enjoy a scenic ride by cable car to Urca Hill for a beautiful view of Guanabara Bay and its islands, as well as the Rio-Niteroi Bridge and Corcovado Mountain. At the connecting point, board a second cable car up to the summit for a spectacular view of Copacabana Beach, Santa Cruz fortress, and the beaches of Niteroi.

Half Day Sugar Loaf Mountain |

| Depart from your hotel for a brief driving tour of Rio de Janeiro on your way to Sugar Loaf Mountain. While passing through the downtown, admire the myriad of historical buildings such as the chapel of Our Lady of Glory, the Municipal Theatre, and the colonial aqueduct. Upon arriving at Praia Vermelha, begin the first leg of your journey up Sugar Loaf Mountain. Hop in a cable car and ascend from street level to the top of Urca Hill. Over the course of that 3 minute ride, a superb panorama unfolds right before your eyes. At Urca, enter a second cable car for the ride to the summit. After a 6 minute ride, you will be welcomed to the top by an unsurpassed view. From this location, the entire area is within your grasp, including Rio, the bridge, the bay, the age-old majestic mountain range, and Niteroi, a city on the other side of the bay |
