| Day 1: Arrive Amman |
|

Arrive in Amman, where you will be met by your consultant and transported to your resort for overnight.

| Day 2: Amman, Petra |
|
|
This early morning enjoy the city of Jerash, the greatest maintained city of the Roman Decapolis. Usually called “Pompei of the East" you will walk its colonnaded streets, view its temples, churches, Nymphaeum, and theatre. Afterwards, continue to Ajloun, the 12th millennium castle built by Saladin’s army in the strategy against the crusaders, late day leaving on the desert freeway to Petra, overnight in Petra.

| Day 3: Petra, Amman |
|
|
A full day visiting Petra, the Rose Red Town of the 1st Century Nabateans, A walk or horse-ride via the 1 mile Siq (an immense crack in the sandstone hills), you turn up at Petra’s most amazing site, the Treasury. Created out of solid rock on the side of the hill, bounded on both sides by hundreds of Petra’s carved structures, soaring temples, elaborate royal tombs, roman theatre and burial chambers. For those young at heart, a climb will take them to the Monastery above the hills, with a wonderful view over Wadi Araba. Late afternoon, return to Amman.

| Day 4: Departure |
|
|
Transfer to the airport for your departure flight. If your flight will leave late, (optional) half day Amman City tour including the Roman theatre, the Citadel of Hercules and the Archaeology Museum.
