Walk the narrow streets of the original Roman grid to San Michele and its beautiful piazza, which occupies the site of the ancient Roman Forum. Continue to Pisa. Walk the quaint streets of this Old Mariner Republic and enjoy the medieval arcades of the Borgo Pio, along with views of the citys famed university that fostered Italys many Nobel Prize winners. View the famous Piazza del Miracoli with its Leaning Tower, the Baptistery and Duomo. In the afternoon, return to Montecatini. This evening, enjoy a cooking demonstration and dinner of the local specialties. Overnight: Montecatini
