Proceed to the 14th century Doges Palace, whose facade comprises a massive Gothic gate on the Piazzetta side, known as the Porta Della Carta. Continue to the rear of the palace to view the Bridge of Sighs. The tour ends with an optional visit to a glass blowing factory on Murano Island.

Continue on to visit the Accademia of Fine Arts to admire Michelangelos David. Next, tour the Piazza del Duomo in the heart of Florence to view the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, the Battistero di San Giovanni, and the Campanile of Giotto.

This morning, depart Piazza San Bernardo, site of Moses Fountain, and continue to the Piazza della Repubblica. The walking tour is designed to take you through the ages of Rome, starting from St. Peters Basilica. Proceed to the famous Piazza Navona, erected over the ruins of Domitians Circus, before heading to the best preserved of all ancient Roman buildings, the Pantheon, whose original dome is the largest surviving from antiquity in the world. Stop and admire the Trevi Fountain, the largest and most exquisite baroque fountain in Rome. Continue to the square of the Capitol, and admire the unique sight of the Forum, Colosseum and Palatine Hill, one of Romes most ancient districts. Walk along the pavement of the original Roman grid, which crosses the ruins of the Roman Forum, the Curia, and the Reggia. Enjoy views of the Temple of Vesta, the Arch of Titus and the Triumphal Arch of Constantine. Continue with an inside tour of the Colosseum, a giant amphitheater used for gladiatorial contests and public spectacles, and the largest building ever built in the Roman Empire.
