| Day 1: Monday - Luxor, Esna |

Welcome to our Dahabiya the Nile Spirit Premotel meet our Captain and the crew for welcome drink and introductory meeting with your private Egyptologist – Embarkation (embarking time after 1200) in Esna for sailing the Nile on a luxuriously ultra modern appointed Dahabiya. Lunch on Dahabiya then after lunch your afternoon tour to the East Bank sightseeing begins with a visit to Karnak Temple. Built over 4,000 years ago, Karnak’s immense Hypostyle Hall alone contains the phenomenal sight of 134 towering columns of intricate stonework then onto the magnificent setting of the Luxor Temple. This sumptuous monument was built over 4000 years ago and represents the epoch of the once mighty city of Thebes and the worship of the God Amun. Dinner on board the Dahabiya and free evening.

| Day 2: Tuesday - Esna, El Hagz Island, Edfu |
|
|
(There is the option of rising at dawn to take a hot air balloon flight over Luxor. Please advice at the time of booking if you would like to take this excursion). Start your visit to the West Bank and enter the atmospheric setting of the Valley of the Kings, where the tombs of the once mighty pharaohs lie amongst the desert landscapes of the Nile Valley. Also visit the Valley of the Queens and the magnificent mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut, passing the imposing Colossi of Memnon en route then transfer to the Dahabiya and enjoy lunch on board. Begin sailing - direction of El Hagz Island and enjoy your dinner on board. Overnight mooring beside El Hagz Island.

| Day 3: Wednesday - El Hagz Island (Edfu) - Farris Island (Kom Ombo) |

At Sunrise start sailing to Edfu enjoy your breakfast while sailing down the Nile. Arrive to Edfu and your private horse drawn carriage will take you from the boat to visit the Legendary Temple of Horus, the best preserved and second largest Temple in Egypt return to the boat and continue sailing to Farris Island. Lunch at board and mooring beside the Island.

| Day 4: Thursday - Farris Island (Kom Ombo)- Aswan |
|
|
At Sunrise started sailing from Farris Island to Kom Ombo enjoy your breakfast on board. Arrive to Kom Ombo and visit a Masterpiece of the Greco – Roman Art in Egypt, the twin Temples of Haroeris – also known as Horus, the falcon God and Sobek the crocodile God, see the Ancient carvings of the medical instruments, the mummified crocodile and the preserved Nilometer. After your visit we contunie sailing toward Aswan. Lunch and dinner on the Dahabiya with a day to relax and take in the sites of the Nile.

| Day 5: Friday - Aswan, Optional Abu Simbel Tour |

|
Early morning there is an opportunity to visit the spectacular temples of Abu Simbel by air – optional tour. Built by Ramses II, the setting of this magnificent structure, besides the shores of Lake Nasser makes it one of the most spectacular of Egypt’s ancient sites. (Please advice at the time of booking if you would like to take this excursion). Lunch on the Dahabiya lunch after visit the High Dam, Old Dam and the beautiful Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis it was rescued from the rising waters of Lake Nasser when the dam was constructed.
