Board your international flight to Muscat and begin your journey back in time to this charming, ancient land.

| Day 2: Sat - Arrive to Muscat |
|
|
Arrive at Muscat international airport. Meet, assist and transfer to the hotel. Check-in at the Hotel.

| Day 3: Sun - Muscat |
|
|
Morning leave for half-day sightseeing tour of Muscat city. Starting by visiting the Grand Mosque of Sultan Qaboos (scarf is required for women). Muscat is a living example of how elements of modern world could be efficiently blended with the centuries old Traditions, heritage and sentiments of the local people. Then we stop at the spectacular Al Alam Palace, for photographs, and continue for a scenic drive along the beautiful Corniche road to the traditional fish market and the Souq of Murtah (local market) an excellent place to observe the local culture and Life-style in originality. Return back to the hotel Park Inn or similar.

| Day 4: Mon - Muscat, Ras Al Hadd |
|
|
Morning, begins the adventure part of your tour with a drive in a 4WD through the Costal road to Quriyat village (photo stop for the fort of Qurayat) and then driving to Wadi Shab via Tiwi (a small fishermen village). Continue to Wadi Tiwi, 2 km along the Coastal road after water pools, we stop here for the picnic lunch. Another interesting Town en route is Qalhat, is one of the oldest towns and seaports in Oman (photo stop for the grave of baby Miriam). After that we will drive you to Sur and there we will have a short walk to visit the old Dhows. After that we will drive direct to Ras Al Hadd and chick- in the hotel. In the evening, we will visit the turtle beach in Ras Al Jinz to watch (if Possible) the green turtle’s nesting. Stay overnight at (Ras al Hadd Hotel).

| Day 5: Tue - Ras Al Hadd, Wahiba Sands |

Leaving Ras Al Hadd in the morning for Wadi Bani Khalid, the town named after the Local head of the tribe of Bani Khalid. The track winds and climbs steeply giving splendid views over the fertile wadi and the long belt of green date plantations. Wadi Bani Khalid is surrounded by date palm trees and tropical fruit plantations. Here in an idyllic setting for a dip in the crystal clear water pools. We lunch here before Proceeding to the magical Wahiba Sands. The local tribes ‘Bedouin’ greets us along the way. After watching a spectacular sunset on the top of the Sand Dunes and the Dune Bashing , an Arabic BBQ dinner will be served. Overnight in Tents under the stars and among the sand dunes (1000 Night Camp).

| Day 6: Wed - Wahiba Sands, Nizwa |

Morning, depart for an exciting 4WD across the challenging Sand dunes, one of the Wonders of nature! Arrive at Nizwa. Nizwa is one of the most historically important Cities in Oman and was the capital of Oman in the 17 century and the center of the religion. After that we will visit Nizwa Fort and the traditional Souq. The Souq or the local market has on offer interesting silver jewelry, antiques and pottery items. Check-in at the hotel Golden Tulip.

| Day 7: Thu - Nizwa, Al Hamra, Misfah Al Abreyeen, Jabal Shams |

Morning, after breakfast we will drive to “Jabal Shams “the highest peak in Oman over 3000 m high via Misfah Al Abreyeen (photo stop for the beautiful green village with its` old houses and then short walk around the farms enjoying the fresh breeze and the smell of the Nature). After that we will drive up to the `Grand Canyon` of Jabal Al Shams `Mountain of the Sun`. On the way back to the Hotel we will visit the old city of Al Hamra, and then check-in at the hotel.

| Day 8: Fri - Nizwa, Jabal Akhdar |

Leaving Nizwa early morning, passing the wander in the ruins of `Birkat al Mawz` village which was destroyed during the war. Continue to Jabel Akhdar, ‘The green Mountain’, is around 2850 meters high. Here we will visit on of the most beautiful Wadis in Oman called Wadi Bani Habib and also Diana Point (where princes Diana camped in that place). Short walk and soft trekking between the villages before driving back to the hotel of (Jabal al Akhdar).
